No No

It seems like each week Lexi is doing something new to entertain us. Her latest thing is shaking her head no. I have no idea where she learned this from! Sometimes she just randomly does it and sometimes she'll do it if you say "no no". Here's a video of us trying to get her to do it.

Crawling!

Finally! Alexa has started crawling! Okay, so it's more of an army crawl BUT she's moving! She started this a few days ago but she's gotten much faster! Here's a video. I imagine she'll figure out that if she stays up on her knees she can go even faster! I better get started on baby-proofing the house. She's already shown an interest in the glass doors on the entertainment center!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Not only is it St. Patrick's Day and Lexi had an adorable green outfit on, but it was a beautiful day outside too! We were able to go on a walk after work and hang out on the patio. I can't wait for more of these days!

More teeth!

This past weekend I noticed Alexa had another tooth coming in on the bottom, in addition to the middle bottom two she got a couple of months ago. I found this very strange as I was pretty sure baby teeth came in in a certain order, bottom middle two, top middle two, then molars. I was planning to ask the doctor at her 9 month appointment whether this was normal. But today at daycare, Miss Julie informed me that Lexi's top middle two teeth are coming in! So she's getting three new teeth already! She's going to look so grown up with five teeth! I don't have any pictures to post of her teeth because you can't really see them. Hopefully they come up soon though because she seems to be grumpier with these!

Ready for Hollywood!

I was just telling my co-worker the other day that I wanted to find Lexi some sunglasses to match mine. Well I was in luck when I went to Old Navy because they had a pair! They are toddler size though so they're a little big, but not too big since Lex has a huge head! Here's a few pics of us in our matching shades. Now, if the sun would only come out so we can actually wear them!

Crinkle nose

Lexi's new thing is crinkling her nose when she smiles and showing off her pearly whites! It started a couple weeks ago and it's seriously the cutest thing! All you have to do is smile at her and she just crinkles her nose and gives you a big grin. I tried to capture it in a picture but I think I'll try a video because the picture just doesn't fully capture it!
